Live Appointments

Every live reading is reserved just for you.

• Grace period: You have 15 minutes after your start time to join. If you haven’t joined and haven’t contacted us, the appointment is considered missed.
• Missed appointments: These are forfeited. They aren’t eligible for a recorded reading, refund, credit, or replacement session. To rebook, you must purchase a new appointment.
• Late arrivals: Your session ends at its scheduled time, even if you join late.
• Rescheduling: Contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment, and we’ll rebook you, subject to availability. Changes with less notice may be treated as missed.
• Technical trouble: If you can’t get into Zoom, contact us right away during your appointment window.

Recorded Readings

• Recorded readings are delivered within 1 week of purchase to the email address used at checkout.
• Please make sure your email is correct and check your spam folder.
