Cancellation policy
At Crossroads Meets The Ocean LLC, many of our products and services are handmade, personalized, or reserved specifically for each customer. Because of this, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.
Physical Products
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered production, has been handcrafted, personalized, or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Digital Products & Personalized Services
Due to the personalized nature of digital products, recorded readings, live readings, SEFI Quantum Frequency services, consultations, and other custom services, these purchases are non-refundable and cannot be canceled once work has begun or the service has been delivered.
Sacred Space Blessings & In-Person Services
Appointments may be rescheduled when reasonable notice is provided.
If unforeseen circumstances outside of the client's control prevent the scheduled service from taking place, we will work with the client in good faith to reschedule whenever possible.
Exceptions
Refunds or cancellations may be approved at our sole discretion in circumstances such as:
- We are unable to provide the purchased service.
- A customer accidentally purchased the incorrect service and no work has begun.
- A significant emergency or unforeseen circumstance outside the customer's reasonable control prevents the service from taking place.
- Other situations reviewed and approved by Crossroads Meets The Ocean LLC.
Our Commitment
We believe in treating every customer fairly. While our general policy is that purchases are final, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you have concerns regarding your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your situation.
