If Molly is already with another client, you can remain in the private Zoom waiting room until she becomes available.
Once your turn begins, Molly will welcome you into the Reading Room and your purchased reading time will begin.

Other customers will not see your name or any other customer's information. The waiting queue is private and managed only by Molly.
